Use SignalDesk in ChatGPT

Connect the SignalDesk app once, then use your normal ChatGPT conversations to search connected work, inspect automations, and act with approval.

    Open the SignalDesk app

    Open SignalDesk in ChatGPT and choose to connect it to your account.

    Authorize your workspace

    Sign in to SignalDesk when prompted and select the workspace you intend to use. Never share a workspace login or connection token with another person.

    Test a read-only question

    Try: “What SignalDesk automations are enabled?” or “Show what needs my approval.” Confirm that the workspace name and results are correct before asking it to act.

    Ask in plain language

    You can say, “Prepare my next demo,” “What did inbox cleanup finish today?” or “Help me teach a Zendesk-to-Tactic map-edit workflow.” SignalDesk will use the tools and boundaries available to that workflow.
