Privacy policy
SignalDesk processes the minimum information needed to connect your tools, coordinate workflows, request approvals, and preserve useful receipts.
Effective July 26, 2026 · Beta versionInformation we process
We may process your name, email address, workspace membership, connected-app authorization status, automation settings, task content, approval decisions, support requests, and service usage. When you connect a provider such as email, calendar, CRM, chat, support, website, or a desktop runner, SignalDesk processes the content and metadata required for the workflows you enable.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate you, provide requested workflows, retrieve relevant context, prepare or perform authorized actions, deliver notifications, prevent duplicate work, enforce usage limits, maintain security, troubleshoot failures, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information or use connected-app content for advertising.
AI processing
SignalDesk may send the context needed for a request to the AI provider selected for that workflow, including OpenAI when ChatGPT or SignalDesk AI is used. We configure supported API requests not to store model inputs for training where that control is available. Your separate ChatGPT account and other connected services remain governed by their own terms and privacy settings.
Sharing and subprocessors
We disclose information only to service providers needed to operate SignalDesk, to connected providers at your direction, when required by law, or to protect the service and its users. Current infrastructure may include OpenAI, Cloudflare, and the providers you choose to connect.
Retention and deletion
Operational records are retained while needed to provide the service, maintain reliable receipts, resolve disputes, and meet legal or security obligations. You may request workspace deletion or disconnection through the signed-in SignalDesk support flow. Disconnecting an integration stops new access but does not automatically remove records already needed for receipts or legal obligations.
Security
SignalDesk uses scoped authentication, tenant isolation, encrypted transport, approval boundaries, replay protection for supported webhooks, and usage controls. No service is perfectly secure, and beta features may change as safeguards are improved.
Support access
When troubleshooting requires workspace context, authorized SignalDesk personnel may open a reason-bound, time-limited, read-only support session. The session is tied to the administrator, recorded in the workspace activity history, and expires automatically. We use the information viewed only to provide support, investigate reliability or security, and maintain the service.
Your choices
You can disable automations, disconnect apps, reduce autonomy, revoke the desktop runner, or request access, correction, export, or deletion of your information. Use the support page while signed into the affected workspace.
Changes
We may update this policy as SignalDesk adds providers or capabilities. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
