Terms of service
These terms govern access to the SignalDesk beta, including its ChatGPT app, web workspace, integrations, and desktop runner.
Effective July 26, 2026 · Beta versionUsing SignalDesk
You must be able to enter a binding agreement, provide accurate account information, and use only accounts, data, systems, and devices you are authorized to access. If you administer a workspace, you represent that you have authority to connect its systems, configure workflows, invite users, and give SignalDesk the instructions and permissions you select.
Beta service
SignalDesk is an early product. Features, integrations, limits, availability, and workflows may change. Do not rely on the beta as the sole system of record for emergencies, safety-critical decisions, regulated obligations, payments, payroll, tax filings, or other high-risk work.
Automated actions and human review
You authorize SignalDesk to perform actions allowed by your connected accounts, configured workflows, autonomy settings, and recorded approvals. AI and browser automation can misunderstand instructions, encounter changed interfaces, or produce an unintended result. You are responsible for selecting permissions and approval settings appropriate to the risk, testing workflows with representative examples, reviewing consequential results, and promptly pausing access when behavior is unexpected. Keep approval mode enabled until a workflow has earned your trust.
Acceptable use
Do not use SignalDesk to violate law, privacy, intellectual-property rights, provider rules, platform safety controls, or another person’s access rights. Do not send spam, evade service limits, introduce malicious instructions, probe other workspaces, or use the service to make prohibited high-impact decisions.
Connected services
Third-party services are governed by their own terms, pricing, permissions, and availability. SignalDesk is not responsible for a connected provider changing or suspending its API, account, content, or policies.
Fees and limits
During the pilot, access may be free or usage-limited. Included AI and automation limits are shown in the product and may stop further background work when exhausted. We will disclose paid pricing before charging for a future plan.
Ownership and feedback
You retain ownership of your data and content. SignalDesk retains its software, workflows, branding, and documentation. You grant the limited rights needed to process your information and deliver the service. Feedback may be used to improve SignalDesk without an obligation to compensate you.
Disclaimers and liability
The beta is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law, without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular outcome. AI and automation outputs can be incomplete or wrong and must be reviewed where the consequence warrants it. To the extent permitted by law, SignalDesk is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from the beta. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Support access
If you request troubleshooting, authorized SignalDesk personnel may use reason-bound, time-limited support access. The current support view is read-only, is tied to the accessing administrator, expires automatically, and is recorded in the affected workspace. SignalDesk does not use hidden, unrestricted customer impersonation as its normal support method.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend access to protect users, connected systems, or the service, or for material violation of these terms. You may stop using SignalDesk and request workspace deletion through support.
Contact and changes
Questions or legal requests may be submitted through the SignalDesk support page. Updated terms will be posted here with a new effective date.
