Sign in with the AI you already use
Choose Start free, sign in with ChatGPT, and create your SignalDesk workspace. Your AI remains the conversation layer; SignalDesk supplies durable context, triggers, approvals, and action tools.
- 02
Choose the closest role starter
Pick the starter that best matches the work—personal assistant, revenue and marketing, account management, finance, support and implementation, or service business manager. A starter is only a head start; every workflow can be changed.
- 03
Enable one automation
Choose something frequent and easy to verify, such as inbox cleanup, demo preparation, or follow-up tracking. Avoid a high-consequence process for the first test.
- 04
Connect only the required apps
Connect the smallest set of sources that workflow needs. A demo prep may need Calendar and CRM; a map edit may need Zendesk and the desktop runner.
- 05
Run in approval mode
Let SignalDesk prepare the result, inspect its evidence, and approve or edit. These corrections become part of the workflow’s operating rules.
- 06
Watch the receipts
Completed actions move into Activity with their source, outcome, and timestamp. When the workflow is consistently right, change its autonomy from Ask first to Act and notify or Automatic.
Getting started
Your first useful workflow
You do not need to connect your whole company on day one. Give SignalDesk one real job, review the first runs, and build from evidence.
